  • Directions: From Denver E-470 and I-70 go East on I-70 21 miles and take Exit 310 at Strasburg CO, at stop sign go Right then immediate Left East 1/4 mile and follow curve South on South County Rd 157 for 3 miles to Rd 14 then 1/2 mile East to the Property. See road map.
  • Access: County Road access for sites 1 and 2 off of CR 14 and private road access (built to emergency vehicle specifications) for parcels 3 thru 13. Any private access road maintenance will be equally shared by those parcel owners gaining access off of the road.

  • Well /Septic: It is Buyer’s responsibility to apply for and pay for a well and septic permit and installation

If requested, this contract is conditional upon said well permit approval. The well permit will be issued in the name of the Seller and Seller agrees to transfer said well permit to Buyer at Closing. The buyer will pay the application fee for said well application. If said well permit is not approved according to these terms, this Contract shall be voidable by either Seller or Buyer and Buyer`s earnest money deposit will be returned to the Buyer.
